Woodfield’s HOA is about more than pool management, tennis, landscaping, and lawn care. We believe it is also about creating a welcoming atmosphere that promotes friendships, security, and a safe community for all neighbors. Therefore, communication is important – not just between neighbors, but also between neighbors and our HOA Board. We have many ways we communicate with our homeowners, such as our newsletter, our active community Facebook, website, and our Heritage portal which provides full transparency of all Woodfield minutes, covenants, contracts, and financials.
