Resident HOA Membership

Our Board would like to thank you for your membership in our HOA.  Your HOA dues maintain all common area spaces such as the front entrance, greenspace near our clubhouse and tennis courts, in addition to the maintenance and upkeep of our Clubhouse, Pool, and Tennis Courts.     

HOA dues are $650.00 annually for the fiscal year of January 1st through December 31st. Full payment is due January 1st of each year and considered past due on February 1st, when late fees will begin to accrue. 

Homeowners can pay their dues through the Heritage Property Management portal.  If you did not receive or lost your invoice, please contact the accounting department at Heritage Property Management.  If you are facing a financial hardship, reach out to board@woodfieldcommunity.org.

Please know that once a home in Woodfield is a member, that membership is permanent and transfers with the sale of the home. If you are one of the few Woodfield homeowners that is not a permanent member and would like to join, please contact us we would love to discuss the benefits of joining our homeowners association.

We offer Non-Resident Pool & Tennis Memberships

Woodfield Community has a long-standing tradition of offering memberships to families that live outside of Woodfield in neighborhoods that do not have comparable facilities. Outside members are not perpetual (membership is yearly). While outside members cannot vote in elections or serve on the Board of Directors, they do have full use of the facilities including the Pool, Tennis Courts and Clubhouse. Outside members are welcome to all Woodfield events (picnics, parties, and parades!).

We appreciate our non-resident members; some of our outside members have been friends and a part of the Woodfield Community Association for many years. The dues received from outside members assist us in keeping our annual dues low for everyone. If you know of anyone that would be interested in joining our HOA as a non-resident member, please contact us!

If you are interested in joining our HOA.  Please complete the below application.  Upon receipt of your Non-Resident application and check payable to Woodfield Community Association in the amount of $600, our Management Company will be in touch with you to provide access cards and Woodfield Rules/Guidelines.
