The Woodfield Community Association offers the rental of their clubhouse to both Members and Non-Members for occasions such as birthday parties, graduation parties, game nights, meetings, etc.  The board reserves the right to approve or reject usage.

All functions must begin no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and end no later than 10:00 p.m.  The number of guests inside the clubhouse at one time is limited to 45 maximum.

The individual renting the Clubhouse must sign either the Resident Member Rental Agreement or Non-Member Rental Agreement, whichever applies, as well as the included Checklist (Exhibit “B”), prior to renting the Clubhouse.   Please carefully review the pertinent Agreement & Rules and  contact the board with any additional questions.

The rental fee for Members is $75.00 for a half day (1-5 hours), or $150.00 for a full day (6-10 hours).  The rental fee for Non-Members is $100 for a half day (1-5 hours) or $200 for a full day (6-10 hours).  This includes the time it takes for set up and breakdown of your event.  No prorations are available.

In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $300.00 will be collected and may be forfeited if the Clubhouse is not left in the condition it was in prior to rental.  See Exhibit A, Item 10 for cleaning requirements.

Use of the pool is NOT included in the clubhouse rental. Separate arrangements must be made with the board to host parties at the pool due to lifeguard coverage. Please contact the board if you have questions about having parties that involve pool use!
