Woodfield Community Association, Inc.  Amenities Overview

Clubhouse

Woodfield offers its residents a clubhouse complete with a small kitchen, meeting room, private bathrooms, and a wraparound porch that overlooks the swimming pool area. The clubhouse is used for activities sponsored by the Homeowners Association such as the community annual meetings and other social events. Homeowners are also allowed to use the clubhouse for private family and/or social events such as birthday parties, baby/wedding showers, group meetings, etc. Please visit our Clubhouse Reservation page to reserve the clubhouse and review guidelines.

Pool

There are two swimming pools provided for the enjoyment of HOA members and their invited guests — a full-sized swimming pool and a wading pool, both maintained at the clubhouse facility. The pool season begins the weekend of Memorial Day though the last Sunday in September. The pool is open every day from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pool area is gated and a HOA Access Card is required to enter the pool area.

Lifeguard(s) are on duty from noon-6pm. Before and after those times is a swim at your own risk policy. Please visit our Pool/Swim Team page to find additional information and Pool/Rules guidelines.

Tennis Courts

Woodfield is an active tennis community made up with a competitive spirit. We currently have Ladies Spring and Fall Alta, Mens Spring and Fall Alta, Mixed Doubles Summer and Winter teams.

Two tennis courts are provided for the enjoyment of HOA members and their guests for recreational as well as competitive matches. Please refer to Tennis Page to learn how to reserve a court and to review the Tennis Rules/Guidelines.

Community Events

Woodfield’s HOA is about more than pool management, tennis, landscaping, and lawn care. We believe it is also about creating a welcoming atmosphere that promotes friendships, security, and a safe community for all neighbors.

Our community hosts HOA member events from time to time, we believe that hosting community events provides us the opportunity to get to know everyone in our neighborhood and creates special bonds and memories with our neighbors. We encourage our HOA members to participate in our holiday home decorating contests, seasonal picnics, community events and outreach program “Woodfield Gives Back,” and support our neighborhood swim team, the Woodfield Waves.

Neighborhood Swim Team - The Woodfield Waves

Looking for a summer activity for your children? HOA Members receive a discounted rate to join our Woodfield Waves swim team. Woodfield's long-running swim team hits the water every summer! Kids ages 3-18 are welcome, no prior swimming experience necessary. The season begins in mid-May and includes 5 meets through the month of June. Practices taught by licensed swim coaches are in the mornings during the summer and meets are the best (and loudest) way you could spend a summer Thursday evening. Please visit the Pool/Swim team page to learn how to join.
